I agree with the general comments as long as there is no doubt in the conviction. Why keep any dangerous convict in comfort though?

If the person that has been convicted and there is no doubt of thier guilt and the killings were cruel and henious then yes the death penealty should be used.

if there is no doubt as to the person guilt such as d n a results eye witneses and the crime was henious then es the death sentence but just excute them there is no need for torture and all that just dead.
