Abortion

So, I noticed (or maybe i didn't look hard enough) that this was a discussion lacking on the boards. As it is my favorite, I figured I'd throw it out there. Heaven help me...

So, I am a conservative. Extremely Pro-Life. Even when I was more liberally slanted, I was extremely pro-life. I firmly believe that every life was created intentionally, that no life is a mistake, that life begins at the instant of conception, that any abortion, in NEARLY every situation, should be banned, and that the decision of Roe vs. Wade should be overturned ASAP. So, can you convince me otherwise?

The only situation that abortion could be anyway acceptable in my opinion is that if the pregnancy is continued the mother and child's life would be endangered.

I agree. I would just like an example of a situation where one knows early in a pregnancy that a mothers life is threatened and the child cannot be saved.

I believe that abortion should not be used freely as a means of birth control, however, cases of rape, incest, illness, risk of death of mother, and the age of the mother should all be grounds for Bortion.

To make it totally illegal is to push it underground, which is much for for the mother.

I do not believe that life begins at conception, life is when a body can support itself by itself, in the same way that someone who is brain dead but on a life support machine is not living.

Yes, I am agree with Noir.
Abortion should not be used as a means of birth control.
Family planning is good idea for this.
