Connecting to remote computer

Hi,

I would like to connect from my home computer to my computer on workplace.
I have VNC server installed on PC in workplace.
What should I do from the beginning?

At least you can VPN into the network first, there are steps you can do. Immediately after installing the server is not enough. You have to forward the correct ports through the router / firewall at work to establish the connection unless, as I said, you can establish a VPN first.
